Pork Fried Cauliflower Rice (1 of 1)

I have a new side dish that I love and I love it even more since it is really quick to make!  I actually didn’t add any pork to this side, but you could do that easily by frying up a little bit (or a lot) of bacon.

Gather Up:

  • 3 large mushrooms
  • 1/4 onion, chopped

  • Bacon, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup cashews, chopped (optional)

*Note: Make sure to adjust amounts of mushrooms, onion, coconut oil, etc if you are using a larger head of cauliflower.
